The story behind Phantasia
For more than 200 years, families have built their lives on this land. From the red barn home built by Hugh Wilson, to the white cottage James Dudley built for Maudie, to the timeless farmhouse—each house carries its own chapter in the story.
In 2021, together with our parents, the Gallagher family, we became stewards of this land. After years of living here, we realized it was meant to be shared. We walked the fields, listened to the echoes of the past, and felt called to open the gates so that others could experience the same sense of wonder and belonging we felt.
Today, Phantasia Mountain Homes exists to carry that history forward:
a retreat where heritage, nature, and imagination weave together to create unforgettable memories for every guest.
